Exactly and so they should be - if you break the law you're a criminal and this is Blair's dilemna as he faces taking action which is generally regarded as illegal - i.e. without UN Sanction.

The USA has only once gone to war with the approval of the UN. Did you see anyone charged with a war crime?

The international court WILL BE hijacked by those that have agendas contrary to freedom. America would be foolish to be bound by something as ludicrous as The United Nitwits.
