Are you talking about, "All Men are Created Equal?" Carter talked the talk, but never walked the walk.

This administration actually has an energy policy. Note they are for fuel cell and clean burning coal technology. Higher mileage vehicles and using our own corn for replacing 10% of our oil consumption plus cleaner emissions are also on the list.
