You give the UN the benefit of the doubt. I suggest that the UN members who voted for 1441, and who now are not supporting it, never intended to support it at this point. They have always pretended to be tough, but lack the sack to follow through. Instead, they prefer containment.

What a joke the UN has become at their hands.
