Btw, a regular new born Dubya, can he be expected to have watched enough of Discovery Channel
and "week of the shark, wings, predator, smart cannibal", or whatever he might have been subjected to.

Or just the basic USA production of problems of education and teenage urges, in a somewhat

Just, The risk with bioweapons is the ease of making and doing it. Just let that tech spread and the IRA will have it soon, if not already.
