Thank you. Like wise to you and yours. BTW, she got documentation on the straight As and was unwilling to negotiate. Apparently, I forgot to include any provisions for a statute of limitation in our contract. Since she was so strict about interpreting the letter of law within the contract that I had no out. So, I used a loop hole. I pointed out that even though the contract bound me to a clean shaven obligation, it did not specify when such had to occur. I could have gotten away with an "in my coffin" provision but I offered a compromise. Give me one month to get used to the idea. By then, we will have nice sunny days to help me get over the green chin syndrome. She agreed that this seemed reasonable. If I die before that, I hope God forgives the debt. <g>
