We are talking past each other. I talking about the American people as 'the boss' and having every right to say 'I don't like it. Fix it.' FL.. Did you even bother to review that FoxNews poll?? 71% of Americans support a war to disarm Saddam Hussein.. 54% of them felt strongly about it.. the rest (17%) stated "somewhat". In total, that's 71% of the American people who believe the US needs to disarm Saddam.. So there's your "boss".... Why should Bush listen to a "VP" when the Boss is 71% for going to war?? So don't accuse me of "talking past you".. I used your analogy and took it to the logical extent in relation to the UN. But I also provided you the evidence that US public support is increasing for war. Hawk
