the tax increases are at the local level as Bush is well aware, and as you know the California increases are largely a result of energy FRAUD, which Bush was indirectly involved in. This alone should have caused a special situation wrt the fed to deal with state budget issues, instead Bush proposes a tax plan that does nothing but help oldline stodgy companies. I think I'll take this offline now I don't want this to turn into the Amazon thread! Unless you want to talk about how to save Cisco, a situation that is a direct result of the current economic mess. I actually think Cisco is going down no matter what though.
