Have you seen in latest articles about re-financing boom (last month/2)- how the number of owners taking "cash-out" feature dropping by a fairly large amount vs. last 2 yrs.. IMO, the "cash-out" affect (for US economy) is over- downhill from here, maybe dramatically so- and that lack of stimulus on the economy will not be negligible by a long shot I haven't been listening to the radio around here lately, but I'm sure the financing schemes are geting uber-ridiculous by now (if that were possible)...the number of "sale- 50% off (or more) signs have markedly increased in last year..
