"I said that 1000 or even 10,000 years ago our physical and intellectual form was very similar to what it is today. But before that it was different."

Before 10,000 years ago it was different? But 10,000 years ago it was the same, right? I am trying to make a point that it did not just change like a magicians trick. If we accept your opinion that it was different 10,001 years ago then we must also accept that it was different 9,999 years ago. Just as a zygote does not simply turn into a child playing with marbles one morning.

So we will have to disagree that human nature changed up to 10,000 years ago and then abruptly stopped. Rather, I take the position that the most revolutionary changes are of relatively recent times.

"We had language"

That is not being disputed.
