Interesting but wordy...in true IS/Poly Sc. fashion, they can make the mundane seem extremely complicated- g

It was good though. I couldn't make thru whole piece, but I think they also left out (fact) that Bush may not even be around in a couple years, and there is usually a general amnesty period for new administrations. In fact, if Dems win in 2004, and Dean (or whoever) goes for Kyoto (or some facsimile), the French will probably love him (as long as he has an affair along the way, as all great leaders must do in the Froggie eyes-g).

Regardless of the justice of the fight, I think the Bush team totally butchered the diplomatic route this time, led by God-complex Rumsfeld...a good bit of it totally unnecessary to the cause..
