Yeah, California's ill-conceived deregulation of the utility industry had nothing to do with it. Must've been Bush's fault - that's what your governor tells you, anyway.

You're such a scam artist. The deficits were incurred by PG&E and SCE and San Diego G&E not by the govt. Even a Dem flack like you knows that. A big part fo the reason for the Calif vulnerbility was because they allowed huge development and growth, but refused to build any power pplants. So you fools had to import all your power from other states. Your own backward polcies on energy and electricity left you wiht no options.

The real cause of the calif deficits is paying for the education and and healthcare needs of millions of immigrants from mexico and asia, legal and otherwise. This is the truth. But you won't recognize it. You'd rather blame bush.
