Dear Goldworldnet: Yes, Mexico is a hard one to understand, as is Canada for that matter. Some say Fox (of Mexico) is just trying to politic for more open border (?) with USA but if that is the reason, it is a foolish reason. Mexico has right now a USA president more likely to listen to their needs then any other in my memory. If he was smart he would wish to bolster this President. I just can't imagin any World leader not being fully aware of the Dangers Saddam presents to the World. jdn
