What happens when they fail?

I just cannot support the position of forcing an unwilling women to give birth as I can't support an unwilling father to pay child support. If the couple is married and then divorced or has some legal obligation at the time of conception - it's another story. But ships in the night are not a family.

Having sex and swapping fluids is one thing, having and raising a child is not a heat of the moment decision. If a women decides to have a child without a father, it's her child alone.
