Cannot argue with 7 years of peace and prosperity. You're trying desperately to split hairs and find excuses for Bush, but we're on his watch now. Remember the bucks stops on his desk. The GOP blames Grey Davis for his deficits, Bush is giving us deficits 30+ times bigger. But the GOP doesn't want us to see that, they prefer the diversions of war.

It's not just post-Clinton deflation it's Bush depression. The Bush Factor, George Soros calls it, an economy build on deficits, war and pandering to special interests like oil-gas tycoons and big polluters. This CANNOT a healthy economy make. Bush would have to re-draft his entire agenda, and he won't. He is leading us down-down-down. And dont be suckered by this bear rally. Investors are trying to get the jump on the war relief rally, but it will be back down after this. Only if Saddam surrenders could we see sustained rallies, because that would mean the US saving 100 billion bucks and the ugliness of war. We'd also need to see no terrorist attacks in the US.

Clinton had North Korea and Saddam nicely bottled up for 8 years. Neither one of them made any moves. North Korea will be a major fire for Bushies to put out now, a fire they helped start. Dont tell me about Bush's great economic policies. He's alienated 90% of the world. Bush is perhaps the worst diplomatic president in history.
