I don't see us bowing to terrorism. In fact we would certainly be the last country on earth to bow to terrorism, we are simply to used to freedom. I am not exactly sure I understood the point of your post?

If we did nothing, then it is certain that there would be more 9/11 type attacks. Cut out the cancers. Libya has not been a problem since Tripoli was attacked by US Planes. Let us get after the trangressors faster in the future. We should have been into Iraq last September.
