I hope you're right. But I can easily imagine that US forces are not just viewed as poised to attack if provoked, but rather as poised to attack, period. In the panic of self defense there are many things people might do.

I hope not. We are prepared for that and it would likely just lead to many civilian casualties but I would not put anything by this lunatic. One can also hope if he does give that order that someone doesn't obey it.
