I believe the use of chemical weapons will be considered a war crime, therefore whoever is at command will face such trial in the Hague.

Problem is, as they already mentioned here.... once bullets start flying.... just shoot or be shot.... Saddam is truly insane he may have lapdogs ready to shoot his own generals if they disobey his orders... another lesson of history about to be delivered.

I find extremely arrogant to "assume" the war is a given win, with absolutely no consideration to the consequences that will surely come.
