That would be quite Ironic.. Some countries sending forces under NO UN MANDATE to prevent another member state from enforcing one of the UN's binding resolutions??

I love it.... Kinda like the judge ordering a bunch of meter maids to prevent the sheriff from executing a search warrant issued against a fugitive, by the very same judge.
