What's the word? Doesn't ORCL report today?

While I agree in principle, how does this handle
large owners of the company (such as Larry E.). Do you
think that it will teach him a lesson? I don't
think so. What is needed is some sort of "thumping"
on the large owners of stock in a company that allow
the smaller owners (read you, me and usn's) to "thump"
back if the big boys don't perform as they have stated.
Enforcement - how the bleep is this done? ORCL states
that "The future is flat to less than flat". They have
provided their end of the "deal", ergo, no problem.

A discussion re: the large institution buyers/sellers
would show the same thing. These folks are what moves
a stock up or down. How do you enforce "uniformity
standards" upon them?

I'll wait (again) till ORCL drops below 10 and nibble
once again. If it goes to 7.50 then I will get in with
"my fur a flapping and pelt a waving" as I did before,
and then "dump" when signs started going south.

Welcome to the worlds biggist crap shoot (except for the
currency market - which I couldn't touch).

Take Care
