Actually I like a company that has management that has a huge position.

CEO's and management in general are humans - they display greed.

If you have a huge position - you don't want to see it diminished.

The classic example of management that had a small ownership - and they just dumped it to death was Enron.

I can't imagine running a company and owning a huge piece of it and diluting my investment by handing out candy thru options. I'd tell them that their pay plan is clear and they can be more successful thru wealth creation.

Many of the options windfalls has been under the horizon - it has been ok cause "everybody does it".

I suspect that the gravy train is well on its way to being minimized.

This is a good thing IMHO.
