The law is not an exact science. Usually, there are as many interpretations of the law as there are lawyers in the room. Questioning the legitimacy of the Court which stated sound reasons for its decision....is counter to democratic principles. The fact is the issue was resolved. You may work to vote Bush out, you may work to make the system work better in your eyes, but you may not, IMO, call into question the legitimacy of this President or Administration on the basis of an alleged stolen election and remain true to those principles...one of which is that disputes are resolved judicially for the purpose of finality and stability.
