I can certainly vouch for garlic although I take 1-2 cloves a week, raw right out of the grocery store. Chopped up fine and wash it down with a glass of water. The best green tea, according to my Chinese friend is "Long Jing". The younger and smaller leaf is the better of the various grades.

This bring to mind something I heard from an old time Doctor on the radio years ago who said "All food should be medicine and all medicine should be food". I think the quote originates in ancient Rome.

Hi Searle,

I sent Anne Marie a copy of your list here so she can pick up some helpful things. I hope to have you around for a long-time friend too. You may hide under existentialism, but I know you believe in God Searle. Thank you for all of your kind words.
