Hey Itztak did you see the SEC PIPE article in todays "The Deal" Looks like that crap is on its way out...The article says that PIPEs may be a way to launder money and evade taxes. Given your past level of activity in this kind of crap, one would not doubt this. You wounld not be tring to put some floorless reg S POS deal together re WEL would you? You would not be involved in promoting the stock while getting short in front of a deal would you?
