"War on Terror" is based on humanitarian concerns and protection of the American people

Don't agree on every illusion you list here, but bingo! Points are largely well put and a big part of the current psyche. Investors will do well avoiding these illusions as much as possible. I've been calling the illusions TOHOEism (Trust of Hope over Experience).
