That's a good way of quantifying it. That the hydrogen proposal really is just a token effort. We're going to spend $100B, at least, on this Iraq operation. Imagine how many better ways that money could be spent? Schools, hydrogen research, clean water projects, etc. The lunatics are running the asylum. That money could be put to much more productive uses than destroying another country. I have no idea why the American people support such regressive policies that put their interests last?
