Who cares if it's accurate or not? The point is we are running deficits. If we have budget surpluses, then you can bring it up. Not until then.

It's irrelevant and ridiculous.

Paying off our national debt is one of our tasks. Since we've been in debt since WW1, how can you possibly argue that there is more money than the task requires?

If over funding requires a refund, shouldn't under funding require raising collections by your Taxation 101 logic?
