this time it diverges from earlier events as outlined by your doted lines: 1. price is moving above its m/a 2. stochastic is at around 50 (instead of peaking at, near or above its 80 level) 3. ADX: dragging all the way to 10.... meaning prevailing trend (down) is getting weaker. 4. +DMI just crossed -DMI (announcing a rend change ?) now we need a upturn of ADX to confirm and if it rises... strengthening... All that seems bullish... so what about the earlier negatives... all of a sudden gone ? no, then does this mean a nasty and mean bear market rally in the making ? now you tell me i am WRONG....
