I thought Kuwait paid the most, or maybe Japan? The most casualties, of course, were obviously suffered by Iraq; but I think US losses were less even than British losses (mainly via 'friendly fire'...).

I made no comparison of Saddam to Hitler, that's fatuous. I pointed out that the UN charter declares a pre-emptive war as unequivocally wrong except in self-defence or with SC approval... the only Nazi connection is that the Nazi's lawyers argued against this at Nuremberg.
If you see some similarity to the US position now... well, your eyes.
