I was going to say Bechtel, until you said as long as it is 'not linked to Cheney', too bad Bechtel is a private company............ I believe a Board Member of Bechtel is George Schultz, former Sec'y of State back in the 80's. I know that the French are NOW saying, inasmany words, that THEY want to be a part of the rebuilding......
