Seems Saddam laid low for the first three days and is now striking. The area around Baghdad will be full of booby-traps,pot-shotters and potholes. We have to take it very slowly now. And if Saddam does use WMD, tens of thousands could die, his own people as well as ours.

The Turkish situation is also gravely worrisome. Civil War is not impossible up there.

You see, this is where we need allies and UN support.
Hopefully we'll get lucky and finish this job quickly, but beware. I'm getting very concerned now as I'm sure all of you are.

if anyone listened to all the "commentators" and retired colonels hired by the news channels, you would have thought the war would have been over before it started. I knew better---so did President Bush, Rumsfield and General Franks...one does not move in 250,000 troops for a paper war....
