shock and awe doesn't work. how many civilians have to die before people understand this? it didn't work in ww2 for either side, it didn't work in korea, it didn't work in vietnam, it didn't work in serbia...but i guess it makes for pretty pictures. it will be interesting to see how quickly they take on bagdad given how the "easy" south has gone. this still stinks like Incrementalism the Sequel.
