Joan, Also strange is that munis and Treasuries are nearly neck and neck on pretax yield now. The old buy the muni futures, short the Treasury 10 year futures looks like a good trade here.

Higher education in a nutshell (an actual message I just got):

I hope that all of you can make it to the General Faculty meeting on April 2 at 2:30 in the Virginia Dare Room for the vote on the Constitutional Amendments we proposed. The previously arranged meeting was suspended due to the lack of a quorum. Unless we can get a quorum,we won't be able to reduce the current burdensome quorum requirement!
