<< Bush may be doing something unpopular, but I for one as does the majority in the USA believe he is doing the right thing. >>

It's great knowing that the majority of Americans are still intelligent enough to realize what is at stake, for both the free world and for the Iraqi people.

America had a choice, either let terrorism build dangerously in the Middle East, or cut part of it's heart out. The benefits of removing the brutal Saddam terrorist regime from power, and stopping his WMD programs will last for years.

Bush has put his presidency on the line, although he is doing the right thing. His courage will insure the safety and future of America, and the free world. I will proudly vote for him in 2004.

Gore is a hawkish Democrat. Lieberman is a very hawkish Democrat. To suggest they would have been "wimps" against terrorism is ludicrous. Gore like Kerry volunteered for combat. Kerry became a combat hero. Lieberman is probably more hawkish than Bush. When you diminishh the toughness and patriotism of Democrat leaders you diminish your credibility. Bush and his cronies are chickenhawks who all fled the war and avoided the draft.

Gore would be in a corner crying his eyes out that the world doesn't like us. Bush may be doing something unpopular, but I for one as does the majority in the USA believe he is doing the right thing.

Right on. A clinton coward.

The 'failure of diplomacy' was not the fault of the US it was the direct effort of France and others to attempt to bring down the power of the US. The failure was theirs, Not the United States, the greatest country on earth, ever.
A huge uprising against Saddam's troops in Basra. A major victory for the US coalition. As this information is spread throughout Iraq others will follow. This is the beginning off the end for Saddam.
