I don't think so. The Camouflaged chemical factory, which was known about, but never found by the UN inspectors, showed how ineffective and corrupt the inspection was. They even inspected a stupid concrete plant, very close to the "known" chemical plant, but didn't check the heavily guarded plant.

Also, we know that Saddam has been developing WMD. Why else would he not give into UN mandates to give up his WMD program, and have the sanctions lifted? Saddam didn't want to give up his WMD programs.

If we don't find them, it will be really bad for America, because that means that our enemies still have them.
