Ted Re... However, there were many people trying to wave him off, and even after she was hurt, he made no attempt to help her. When you are driving a dozer, usually you concentrate upon looking at the bottom outside edge of the blade, not at the crowds. Also, the crowds were probably waving all day, and you tend to ignore them after awhile. As far as helping her, he probably didn't want to go down into the crowd, and there were others there to help her. Harry, eyewitnesses said she had climbed onto the shovel and was staring straight at him. She was wearing a bright red jacket. Even if what you say is true, when you experience that kind of confrontation, you remember the person and you look for that person to make sure they are still not in front of you. Given what little info we have about her, its very likely she egged him on but again, that doesn't justify killing her. ted
