The remarks from Graham [foreign minister] yesterday have been interpreted by some as a change of position, but they are not so at all, they are a logical adaptation to changed circumstances

That is one interpretation. Mine is that there is a complete disconnect in mindsets and communications or rather that Graham is being set up by his politico masters for a fall.

My family part is in 1840 census but most of census is lost.
Rest show up in next census 1881.
Hope you enjoy..I was looking for miles. to compare to Sable I thought my father had told me it was 23 or 28 miles point to point which sounded close to sable .
