You would have to nail down a definition of "Eminent attack" and "Self Defense" to make that hold water, John. And, of course, you would never agree with me on the definitions.

And you are defining preemptive attack of a known enemy, who wants to destroy us, as illegal. This rules out Saddam and NK. I am glad the Admin does not agree with you.
