Perhaps the focus for a state should be upon its' economic viability rather than other factors.

Before a Palestinian state is possible, we first have to free the Palestinians from the rule of the many terrorist groups.

Brutual, inhuman terrorist groups like Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, and Fatah control the minds and the lives of the Palestinian people, and the Palestinian people will continue to suffer until they can live free from these terrorists.
