CB, France, Germany, Belguim vs the rest of europe. Russia vs the old eastern block + the old soviet republics Balance of power in europe it seems. US/GB/W.Europe/East Europe/old Soviet republics vs france, germany, russia, belgium, luxemborg After the war, it should be interesting how these alternate power blocs will deal with each other. Perhaps it will be a time to rework the UN to accomodate bush doctrine with a desire for an alternate power base. An alternate source of power as a restraint on US overreach probably is a good thing after of course a dose of reality when the iraq wmds are shown and the iraqi people do celebrate. mike
