Lame answer ST ... Why is it not the responsibility of the House of Saud to take care of its' citizens instead of performing economic rape on their country ? Why does Iraq have the money to wage war but apparently not provide food or medical care to its' citizens ? Please, don't say "sanctions"; without sanctions, there would just be more $$$ lining Saddam's pockets. It is their responsibility; like most of the world though, responsibility is shirked at every turn. JB
