Adolescents have an over simplified view of the world No doubt about it. examples of adolescent views are, they want to kill us because: An adult, however, will ask himself "Why has this adolescent killed, why has he used hijacked airplanes to crash into my building? And why is that other adolescent playing with fire?" After reflecting a bit, an effective adult will tell himself "They why and wherefores don't really matter, I've got to stop those children before they cause some real damage." At which point the adolescent starts whining about how unfairly the adult has treated him, how he doesn't deserve such bad treatment, yada, yada, yada...ad nauseum.
