My post was based on what is being widely reported. That includes embedded journalists. Even Iraqi TV is only claiming small numbers of civilian deaths, even though they are blaming all of them on our troops. As for our cruise missiles, JDAM's, etc.; I understand they have been refined to the point that they are accurate within a few meters........ and our military has emphatically stated that this is not 100% accuracy by any means. Most major media & the military have shown numerous instances of the precise accuracy of these bombs. Targets leveled while adjoining buildings remain mainly undamaged. If it becomes obvious that there is massive civilian targeting &/or numerous instances of bombs missing their targets with large civilian casualties, then I might subscribe to your POV. Until then, I think my post has a lot of merit.
