I agree with you here, Gloop. It was a tragedy which I think would be best settled by developing clear preventative measures, rather than through legal action.

But in the final analysis our goal now has to be on prevention of another incident more so than prosecution.
Yeah. But 25 years in jail provides an awful lot of incentive to others to see that it doesn't happen again.
