There are no bad scenarios here. If all goes according to hoyle, oil will be cheap for a long time. If the alleged disaster continues, the US will go isolationist which would suit me just fine.

Hard assets? (ie, commodities (ie, gold)) That said, I appreciate your earlier comments on current gold weakness. I am having my own doubts as i watch xau/hui struggle with their long term trendlines.

Also, thanks for the venik link. Interesting stuff to the extent anyone can believe anything these days...

Here is one regarding the 'iraqi nuclear program' that i have been following - ever since Bush boldly lied in his state of the union address.
