Your plan sounds good. . . I have no idea of what that information is or how to get it.

Your plan reminds me of IBM. . . They like to work from the Top down when they run into problems Selling the new widget they want you to buy. Sometimes, it works and sometimes it doesn't. . . They never beat me!
