Led by example? Without the use of force to back it up? Hmm... Yugoslavia? Somalia? grr. I would call that walking softly and carrying a big stick. And yes, my point is that while, this may have some immediate blowback in the form of terrorism, but that these incidences will just show the civilized world that the people committing these acts aren't a desperate people, but a bunch of power hungry thugs with an anarchist agenda.
