After the complement of the gentiles. 15 For if their casting away is the conciliation of the world, what will the taking back be if not life from among the dead? God blinded Paul’s countrymen, and He can unblind them. He will give them life again. 23 Now they also, if they should not be persisting in unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. Who? His countrymen or the elect? (His countrymen obviously) 24 For if you were hewn out of an olive wild by nature, and, beside nature, are grafted into a cultivated olive tree, how much rather shall these, who are in accord with nature, be grafted into their own olive tree! In other words, they will have their special place with God in the future. Which is where they belong. 25 For I am not willing for you to be ignorant of this secret, brethren, lest you may be passing for prudent among yourselves, that callousness, in part, on Israel has come, until the complement of the nations may be entering.Again, Paul’s countrymen had to be blinded and hardened for the salvation of the gentile/elect. After the complement of the gentiles/elect have come in then the blinders can be taken off. Then verse 26: 26 And thus all Israel shall be saved, according as it is written, Arriving out of Zion shall be the Rescuer. He will be turning away irreverence from Jacob. 27 And this is my covenant with them Whenever I should be eliminating their sins.Do you see this Brian? Paul is once again talking about his countrymen. God will eliminate their sins through the work of Christ. Arriving out of Zion shall be the Rescuer(Jesus the Christ) He will be turning away irreverence from Jacob. Jacob is national Israel. Paul’s countrymen need the blinders removed, then they will be saved. But only after all the elect are come in . This is where you vault spiritual Israel into the place of Paul's countrymen. All of a sudden, out of nowhere in this chapter. Verse 26 is speaking of Paul's countrymen.
