I know I've said this before but Laz, there are so many factors that went into this blaze that I almost think its counterproductive to spend the time and money to take all the people to trial. I'm almost of the belief that the money would be better spent making sure that other clubs in the area are brought up to code. Let the families sue the people in civil court but skip the criminal end. Even the foam for sound proofing wasn't resistant to fire. How on gods green earth could a place sell foam like that to a club that has bands with pyrotechnics? There are SO many people dirty in this one that the costs would be huge. Apply it to making sure clubs in the area are up to snuff so it doesn't happen again
