ROTFLMAO!!!! LOL!!! So what IS the problem with a law requiring vehicles to increase their visibility in bad conditions? There are numerous stretches of road here in CA where headlights are required to be on in ALL conditions. Prior to that, tests were run and it was found that having headlights on SIGNIFICANTLY reduced accidents. State Sen.
