Emile Vidrine -- What is your worry?

N.Korea declared that it needs the nukes only for defense against US. What is your conscience telling you: is this
a legitimate necessity?
They have declared as well that they are going to use these
nukes only and only in response to a nuclear attack. Have
US subscribed to such restriction? They did not. Having so overwhelming arsenal of weapons of mass destruction, this country refused to restrict itself with any limitations in using them and everyone knows that it is mad and immoral enough
to use them, as it already did use its nuclear bombs on entirely civilian cities. We know that it did use the chemical weapons in South Asia and did plan to use the nukes there as well -- this is against a little, poor, underdeveloped third world country. It used the nuclear weapon ("depleted uranium")in a great quantity in Iraq in 1991, then in Yugoslavia. It is reportedly using it now and is considering to use the tactical nuclear weapons too -- in the name of humanity.

So, considering all that and the US predisposition to war crimes and the fact that UN could not protect it, why North Korea should not have any rights to protect itself, especially if it is already pointed as a US next prey?
Under the non-proliferation treaty there was an assumption that the non-nuclear countries would be protected by UN, that the nuclear powers would strictly obey UN chapter.
But as we just learned, this protection is
a treacherous fiction. The American fascism does not give
a damn about any international laws.
